I stayed in Bali before. This time I am travelling with my wife we just want to stay at a scenic, peaceful place for a week on budget. Do you think we can stay in Nusa Penida for a week and maybe tour Bali a day or two during it? Is it a good idea?
Hi there, That's a tough question! Can you stay on Nusa Penida for a week? Oh yes! That's the perfect amount of time... Can you explore Bali during that time, or even just for a day or two - probably not fully... You might find yourself desperate to spend more time there, there is tonnes to see and do. Our opinion is that it comes down to your preferences. You're going to explore breathtaking nature whatever you choose, but if you want a more secluded or a more bustling vibe would determine where you'd want to spend more of your time.

We also LOOOOVE Tsitsikamma. Ocean, mountains, forests 😍 It's in Storms River, which marks the end (or start) of the Garden Route. It's basically half-way between Knysna and Cape St Francis / Jeffreys Bay, and is in the Eastern Cape.

about the cost , bit confusion For two people share for 3day in ubud , each person 2millions but the next shot one week also cost 2 millions?
Very happy to clarify! During a normal week, we didn't eat out as often, travel as far or visit as many places; so there weren't a lot of extra fees and costs. The costs we calculated for the 3 days was about travelling and exploring, while the costs for a week was more about "regular" living expenses. I hope that makes sense?
